Payment

 

What payment methods are accepted?

We accepted payment by credit or debit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO & SOLO) plus any others that may be accepted by PayPal.

I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still make a purchase?

Yes, PayPal is just the secure gateway we use to accept payment. You can make a secure card payment through PayPal without having an account.

Delivery

 

How long will my delivery take?

Where is my order?

Please wait up to 10 working days to receive your order if in the UK, 15 in Europe and 20 outside of Europe. If after this time your order still has not arrived, please contact us here.

Returns & Refunds

 

I have just made a purchase, but would like to change my order. How can I do this?

Please let us know via our contact page as quickly as possible if you wish to amend your order.

My item is incorrect or damaged – how do I return it?

I have forgotten my Rickwells Himalayan account password – can I have a new one?

Go to the My Account page and click on “Lost your password?”. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Can I request an item that you don’t have in stock?

Due to the nature of the products we have fairly long lead times on  new stock and cannot guarantee obtaining any item on an individual basis. However, it can always be worth dropping us a message to let us know what you would be interested in – if other people do the same then we will be sure to see if we can add the item to our stock in the future.

You don’t have my size – can I order an item in my size?

Unfortunately we don’t take advance orders at the moment. It could still be worth dropping us a quick message via our contact form or on social media so we can ensure that we get your size when we obtain new stock.
